On Grief & Grieving

By Elisabeth Kubler-Ross M.D. and David Kessler

Having studied the work of Elisabeth Kubler-Ross at university, I was interested to read her work in a more conversational style that appeals to a broader audience. This book takes a journey through the five stages of grief, the emotional states that reside within us and how these impact on our interactions with the world around us. It is not a book full of scientific jargon, it is an easy read and provides information rather than solutions. It provides comfort that what you may be experiencing is not unusual and provides hope that it will pass.
